Step 2: After pressing R to Run dialogue box.

Step 3: After type services.MSC after then press Enter.

Step 4: Services window displays.

Step 5: After Find Superfetch on the list.

Step 6: Right click Superfetch.

Step 7: After then select Properties.

Step 6: Here, this value does not exist after right-click the PrefetchParameters folder.

Step 7: After then choose New > DWORD Value.

Step 8: 0 to disable Superfetch after 1 to enable perfecting program is launched, 2 to enable boot perfecting.
