Email abuse on our system cannot be tolerated. Please pay attention that the following action areunacceptable:
1) Using Tachmen's email server(s) to distribute "spam" email (in another word: "email bomb") isunacceptable
2) Advertising a website hosted by Techmen, by means of unsolicited email or other unsolicited advertisements is unacceptable.
Any of these actions, depending on the degree of severity, could result in termination pf the service.

Bandwidth
Techmen reserves the right to refuse service to customers who have websites that move excessive amounts of data. If your site moves more data than what is below, you should consider finding a Host who specializes in High-Bandwidth hosting. Techmen plans to increase the amount of bandwidth, available to each customer in the future.

Techmen reserves the right to terminate any site moving large amounts of data without warning. We reserve this right, not to outrage the owners of pornographic sites, but to protect and enforce our monthly bandwidth policy. Pornographic sites are notorious for transferring large amounts of graphical data. Techmen will immediately terminate any site causing technical problems due to large volumes of data transfer

Distributing Copyrighted Software

Customers who choose to use our servers to distribute/sell/promote software illegally are subject to immediate account termination. Techmen will also assist authorities in prosecuting any individuals who engage in this type of activity using our service. This also applies to any other illegal acts that our service may be used for.
